I have MS since 2013, and I just started doing ice baths, and it is working nicely (but not lasting longer than roughly 30 min). But I will happily take 30 min, while hoping the timeframe increases over time. Your blog answered a lot of my questions. Thank you, and I look forward to your future posts. I am glad you feel better after the ice bath - even if it is short. I hope the effect will last longer and longer. I haven't read anything about it but will check.
